Online PR does not supersede PR 1.0 completely, but it does extend the pre-media space by way of micro-blogging, forums, web logs, bookmarks, recommendation sites, social networking or video sites. Some even regard the pre-media space as being the future of the field of PR. The system is increasingly complex; it offers, however, lots of new potential and opportunities.
